Shipping Policies

Shipping Times:
Orders received Monday to Friday before 2pm eastern are normally processed and shipped same day.
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday or placed Saturday/Sunday will be processed the following business day.
Delivery in Canada can take 1-5 business days depending on location.

Shipping Services:
Canada Post Expedited Service will be used for the majority of shipments with UPS and Purolator as secondary carriers. If you require or would like a different service please contact us for quotes and information.

Tracking:
Customers will receive tracking number to confirm shipment once order has been shipped upon request.

Local Orders:
Local orders after being processed will be delivered the next business day.

Charges:
A flat rate shipping charge of $9.95 applies on all orders outside the Oakville Ontario and local delivery area, a surcharge for orders being delivered to out of province or the USA may apply.

Special order items may take up to 5 or more business days to ship and may have a separate delivery charge.
Delivery charges are always confirmed with the buyer before shipping and credit card approval if a surcharge should arise.

Orders are shipped pending credit approval and product availability.

Exceptions: 
In the event of a holiday, deliveries may be delayed. We observe many Federal and Provincial holidays across Canada.
